Cancellation Policy - Terms & Conditions

1. All meets apart from “airport pick ups” are free for the first 5 minutes; thereafter you will be charged £20 per hour on the entire waiting time. Airports pick ups: 10 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands, thereafter you will be charged £20.00 per hour pro rata. Waiting charge are applicable if the flight is delayed if the driver has been dispatched. All driver are dispatched accordingly. Airport parking charge maybe applicable.
2. Airports pick up and drop off, Congestion & ULEZ charges apply also.
3. We accept the Cash.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if the customer request for cancellation for at least 12 hours before the journey. If less than 12 hours notice than there will be no refund.
